Silvia shares her inspiring journey with us: "I have been working at Mowi Scotland for 4 years: first as a health manager and since last year as Regional health manager. During my time at Mowi, I have been promoting better health and welfare practices for salmon and cleaner fish, leading by example, providing training, and raising awareness of the importance of little changes. I am very passionate about my job and I love to be challenged."
